Hi,
At this moment I’m having trouble understanding my subscription. I have the emailed receipt for $264 for the Premium package. When I click ‘Get started now’it redirects me to a blank page, refreshing yields no results.
But when I go to my site on my wordpress profile it still says Free plan.
I have another website that I’m trying to transfer over to WordPress and it keeps asking me for a new subscription.

To find the transaction ID, you can check your bank statement for a charge with WordPress followed by a ten-digit letter/number code.

If the charge on your bank statement doesn’t match this format, it’s possible that the charge wasn’t made on WordPress.com.
