Subscription

    There was a subscription that was tied to Jana Knupp, who is no longer an employee at WIU. Because my University procurement card was tied to that subscription, that card was charged for the renewal. I contacted Jana and asked her to log on to obtain a copy of that invoice for me so that I could upload it to that charge as per University Rules. Instead of doing that, she transferred ownership of that domain to me. There are no purchased tied to my email address or account so I cannot obtain that receipt. Because she is no longer an employee at WIU and no one is going to use this domain, how can we go about getting this cancelled and get a full refund? Thank you
