I was charged $30 2-3 days ago and have been trying to get in touch since I saw the charge appear. One page said there was no one to help until the 20th another said their were people I could chat online with, but I have yet to be able to locate said people. The run around is inconvenient. I just would like to know what I subscribed to and I would like a refund.
