  i have a subscription to retraction watch; i get email from them daily; i would like to change the email frequency to weekly and they said i have to do that in my wordpress settings; how do i do this

  Hi, try changing the setting here:
  https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions

  Or if you want to change it for an individual site, go back to the reader (tab in the upper left), and click Manage. Find the site and update its settings.
