SUbscription Active when payment not received or due before 2 days

We are using the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin on our site and are encountering a renewal issue. We have two subscriptions whose payment dates were due two days ago, but their status is still showing as “Active” when it should be “On Hold.” Can you please confirm why they are still active? They were set to manual and supposed to expire on January 7th but are still showing as active.
