It appears that you filed a chargeback with your bank against us for that payment. When you file a chargeback against us, you are accusing us of fraud, which causes the funds to be frozen and your site to be locked. You can see more information here:

I see that our Billing Support team already contacted you about that via email last month, so it’s best to follow up with them.
