Subscription and Domain issue

    Hi Support, I renewed my subscription and domain name for my website, but there was a problem with the payment so it was refunded and now I lost my domain and subscription without any notification from wordpress which has left me frustrated. I renewed my subscription in advance which was supposed to end next month. But now it’s all gone. I want to get back my domain and subscription and domain as soon as possible. I will appreciate your immediate support. Thanks

    It looks like the recent renewals were subject to a chargeback that was upheld.

    This means the WordPress.com Premium plan would need to be re-purchased, which can be completed here: https://wordpress.com/checkout/shnizai.wordpress.com

    Once purchased, we can look to restore the domain masoodshnizai.com – which can be done for free using the domain credits using the purchase of the WordPress.com Premium plan.
