Hello,
To create advanced features like creating a subscription model for your website, you might want to consider the self-hosted version of WordPress, available at WordPress.org. You are currently using the hosted version of WordPress available at WordPress.com.
To know more about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, feel free to check this link:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/WordPress.org offers more customizability (including the ability to add plugins and custom themes), which will aid you in easily creating a payment-based subscription model for your site. These links should give you an overview:

Hope this helps

Thanks for the reply.
However, I think I have a problem of installing after I unzipped the WordPress.org file. Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?
-
And before I forgot, do those website such as these –

http://themefuse.com/how-to-create-a-membership-site-on-wordpress/Do these websites entertain WordPress.com’s page? And do “Premium” upgrade got subscription services like the “Business” upgrade?

I see that you have downloaded the self-hosted version of WordPress from WordPress.org To install the self hosted version of WordPress, you would need to purchase a web hosting package, as well as a domain of your own. Many web hosts offer facilities to install WordPress without much hassle too.
In any case, this link should guide you: https://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress
There’s also a great tutorial from WP Beginner that should guide you:
http://www.wpbeginner.com/how-to-install-wordpress/Also, just to clarify, this forum is for users of the hosted version of WordPress, available at WordPress.com. So you may not be able to find answers to all your questions here. You may want to check the WordPress.org forum here:
https://wordpress.org/support/And, the links I had shared earlier are related to the self-hosted version of WordPress. So those tips will not help you with your WordPress.com blog.
Also, the WordPress.com business plan does offer an eCommerce bundle (services like ecvid, shopify etc), using which you can create an eCommerce site of your own. (More on that here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/ecommerce/ )However, for your specific purpose of creating a subscription model based site, the self hosted version of WordPress is more suitable.
Hope I’ve answered your queries.

So do you mean that, WordPress (.com) e-commerce package which allow users to have e-commerce activity still not good enough compare to the WordPress(.org) version?
-
That’s not what I meant. The WordPress.com Business package offers a lot of premium world-class premium features, which are used to power a lot of business-oriented (including eCommerce) websites, and is quite hassle-free as well.
However, the version of WordPress software available at wordpress.com is not very customization-friendly. However, the self-hosted version of WordPress has customization features, including the ability to add plugins and themes. So, for your specific requirement (i.e. the ability to run a website that offers subscription based access), customization would be required and that’s why I suggested the self hosted version of WordPress. :)
