Subscription and donation

    I thought that I set my subscription to NOT allow auto renew of both my WordPress subscription and domain. I was just charged. I want to allow both to expire. Please reverse these charges on my account, and let me know when this is resolved please. Thanks, Darren Burgess

    Hi…I don’t understand. I did not purchase an upgrade, and I believe I set my account to expire and not auto renew. Can you clarify what you need from me?

    There isn’t any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here since we have no information about what account or website the charges were made.

    You need to log out of your blynks33 account and log back in under the account where the purchases were made. Then reply to this thread and we’ll be able to help.

    If you don’t remember what account the purchase was made, you can enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and our support team should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
