Subscription and Facebook like pop up box with milat jquery

    I am using milat jquery pop up plugin
    almost got the hang of how to go about it, however I cant figure out where to get the html code from?

    I need my viewers to subscribe to the blog newsletter and Like my facebook page.
    I am new to this, not very familiar with codes, so please be gentle with the technical terms :)

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
