Subscription been cancelled after I paid the bill

    Hi, I’ve encounted a problem about my subscription of domian and business bunddle.

    According to the recipient from the email. I’ve already pay for the subscription renewal at 2024 April 27. But I can’t open my website today, the error shows ‘It looks like it doesn’t have an active domain connection upgrade to link the requested domain name to the WordPress.com site’.

    Moreover, I can’t see any payment history at the backstage too. It looks like I have never subscribed anything before. Could you help me check out what happens?
