Subscription box on checkout page

    id like to create a subscription box on the checkout page like blkpodshop.com has. they use shopify plus so they can edit the checkout page but that costs $2k a month and im wondering if this can be accomplished on wordpress easily. it is important that the subscription box is under the debit card form.
