Subscription button conflict with PayPal

Let me start by saying that your company, Woocommerce has absolutely THE WORST customer service of ANY company that I have ever done business with. To NOT have a phone number listed for customers to call you is absolutely disgraceful and a slap in the face of anyone who uses your products. And believe me, if I didn’t have to use your products, I certainly wouldn’t, and I will NEVER recommend your company or your products to anyone.
That being said, I have a website developer who is building me a website, and she is getting a message about some ‘ID’ needing to be updated, when she is trying to connect your subscription button with PayPal. She was told is a PayPal issue, but I called PayPal…(at least they have a phone number where they can be reached for customer service)….and PayPal told me, that no, it was a Woocommerce issue, based on the message my developer got, and that we needed to contact Woocommerce. My developer submitted a ‘ticket’ a few days ago, and has received NO response, and as of this morning, it says that it is still in queue. Meanwhile, my website sits, offline, and I can’t do a thing, and there is NO way to contact your company and actually SPEAK to someone to try and get the issue resolved. This is without a doubt THE WORST customer service company that I have EVER dealt with. A company the size of Woocommerce and they DON’T have a phone number for customer support? This company should be ashamed, disgraced, and boycotted by EVERYONE until they actually understand what good customer support actually is. What a total disgrace.

    Hi there,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems with your site, but you’re asking for help in the wrong place.

There are two different versions of WordPress.

These forums only provide support for sites hosted at WordPress.com. It’s not possible to install WooCommerce on sites here.

If you have installed WooCommerce on your site, it means you’re using the self-hosted version from WordPress.org.

If you need support for WooCommerce, please contact WooCommerce support.

To learn about the differences between the two versions of WordPress (.com vs.org), please see this guide.

    Good luck!

Thanks. I appreciate your insight and your help. This was where I was directed to when I was seeking customer support through Woocommerce.

    Thanks again.

It sounds like they might have been directing you to the WordPress.org forums:
