  I just received notice that the sum of $48 was just withdrawn as payment. I wish to close this WordPress account, and have the payment reversed. Thanks

  Hope you’re all well. phillipcornwell, you can let people know how to request a refund and cancel their upgrades by going to

  – https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
  – select the upgrade
  – use the cancellation link

  It’s important to also make sure folks know that any domain involved, will be cancelled, and that it can be impossible for them to regain ownership once that process completes. We need to make sure, as best we can, that folks don’t have a plan on using it again in the future (with us or anywhere else).
