  Hi,
  I’d like to cancel my subscription with WordPress, as I found it’s really difficult to use for me, could you kindly advise me how to do that.

  Hi Fei,

  First off, I’m really sorry you found WordPress.com difficult to use. That obviously isn’t our goal at all. Could you let me know specifically some areas you found difficult?

  Second, it looks like the Premium bundle on feiwang80.wordpress.com has already been cancelled and refunded.
