Subscription cancellation

  Hello, I need to cancel this subscription but on the woocommerce website it´s impossible. I tried everything and it will not let me go into the manage subscription section because it keeps saying I need to verify my email and when i click to verify it sends me to wordpress login and nothing, so please advise how to cancel it. It´s under (email visible only to moderators and staff) and it´s for $49.00 due on 08 February 2021. Thanks!
