Dear WordPress I would like to cancel my subscription, as I indicated in an earlier email, but I did not receive any response. Can you help me with this?

We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into. Additionally, I don’t see any support requests from the email address tied to the account you’re logged into, so we can’t help with that either.
