Subscription cancellation

Hi Team, could you please let me know who I can contact if I need help with cancelling my subscription? Theoretically it can be managed under the ‘Purchases’ but I don’t find the Subcription renewal turn-on/off option on my profile.

I’d like not to be charged for the next 12 months as I don’t use WordPress.com but I don’t know where to cancel the renewal. The renewal would be due in October and the fee has been recharged some days ago.
Could you please help? -

My website is mentalgarden.hu and my username is szabohrabovszkiszabina
My bank account was charged with 12K HUF (Hungarian forint) for annual substitution fee with this note: 2021-09-26T19:00:40.000
I don’t need this subscription so would like to cancel it and get back the pre-charged annual fee. -

I do not see any upgrades under your @szabohrabovszkiszabina WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that your domain mentalgarden.hu is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your szabohrabovszkiszabina login.

Once you regain access to the correct account, there is a button you can click to cancel and refund the renewal. Thanks!
