    Hi I’m not sure why I’m being charged so much and I also am not using the service can I please have this canceled and have a refund.

    Hi there!

    It appears you disputed the charge with your payment provider. Your subscriptions were canceled and refunded from our end, though your payment service provider may take some time to investigate and release the funds.
