subscription cancellation

  I registered a domain here on wordpress
  retailmommy.com
  I needed more in depth access to the dashboard, so I am trying to cancel wordpress hosting and go to bluehost. I submitted the cancellation a day after I paid for it. I still have not received the $99 credit back, and my domain name is locked and unavailable to move.
  Please advise.
