Subscription cancellation refund not received

    Good afternoon,
    On September 30th, I cancelled my domain and WordPress subscription and should have received a refund for both. I have not yet received a refund of $52.68 or $19.00 for cancelling. Please help me to figure out what is happening.

    We processed your refunds on the very same day you made your purchases. Due to this, your credit card provider might have treated them as a reversal, which means that the original charges may have been simply removed.

    I recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card company to verify if this is the case for that charge.
