I just got an e-mail saying I have to renew my subscription soon, but I just paid for a year long period the other day. (I have the receipt).
Why am I being charged twice?

The account you are currently logged in to hasn’t been charged for any upgrades on WordPress.com, so it looks like you have a second account. What is the address of the site you are being asked to renew? Please do not share any transaction IDs or card details here, a site address is all I need for now.
Please also try logging in to WordPress.com using the email address the renewal email was sent to. If you reply here afterwards from that account, we can check to see why you are being asked to renew.
