Subscription charge

Hi I’ve been trying to cancel my subscriptions but I am not seeing the option to. I’m trying to contact support but it seems that the only option is to ask in the forum. I was just charged 114$ today for the subscription I would like to cancel. Can someone please help me cancel my subscription and refund the 114$ I was charged? Thank you.

Looking at your account, I don’t see any active upgrades. What’s the URL for your site?

Thank you! I was able to log onto a pc where I was able to access the bills. They wouldn’t display on my phone or laptop

Hm, would you mind checking something on the laptop they weren’t appearing on?
First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
