Subscription confusion

  Hi, I upgraded first to personal (£30 pa) then tried premium (+£55) thinking it would let me install plugins but..didnt. I had premium refunded (£55 back) and should have remained on personal plan which I had paid for…but now have lost personal but still paid for it on paypal…could you upgrade me back pls ? Thanks
