  hello,

  I’m struggling to understand the billing for http://www.davesdemolitiondiaries.com Can you please advise because I can only see bills for Sept 12 and Aug 13 for $18.00 respectively.

  You should see your billing history at

  Dashboard >> Store >> Billing history >> you should see what you were charged for and the cost – there is a “why was I billed” link but I lost the link – sounds like you might have managed to pay for the same thing twice – Domain name registration and domain mapping – do you have more than one domain name?

  I have flagged this for the staff – they can look at your billing history and explain what all the charges are and refund any wrong charges

  Hi Darren – One of those charges – the August 25, 2013 charge – was actually just an authorization. Then, you were charged $18.00 on August 26, 2013. Sometimes both the authorization and the charge appear on your statement, but you were only charged one time. :)
