Subscription doesn't work

    Hey there,
    if people go to my blog and enter their Email-adress for subscription, it doesn’t go through. Neither I nor the person that wants so subscribe gets a notification mail. Also these people are not added to my followers (email followers in that case) Does anybody know why it doesn’t work? Thanks
