Subscription Email: Quotes around "From:" address

    I recently upgraded my site (while in private mode) and updated the name of my blog from “Inside the Biz with Jill Dyche” to “Jill Dyché”. Note the additional accent in my last name.

    Two days ago, I made my site public again and a new post was published this morning. The email that went out to subscribers came from this email address:

    “Jill Dyché” <(email visible only to moderators and staff)>

    Note the additional quotes around my name. I’d rather it display as:

    Jill Dyché <(email visible only to moderators and staff)>

    How do I remove the quotes in the email address?
