  Hi, I just received a subscription confirmation email from wordpress that I subscribed to my own blog. Should I be worried about this. I never subscribed to my own blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Generally speaking you are signed up to your own blog so that you get notifications of activity. I may not have understood this specific email you received though. Can you share a screenshot of what you got?
