Subscription emails suddenly showing image twice

  In blog posts on vroom-magazine.com I use both the featured image and also place the same image at the start of the post.
  In the subscriber emails up until 8th May they presented in email with the headline, the image (once) and then the bodycopy.
  Suddenly since then they now present in email with the headline, the image TWICE and then the bodycopy.
  Nothing I am doing has changed.
  Do you know what might be happening?

  The website you’ve posted is using open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and hosted with 34SP.com and this forum is for the hosted WordPress.com platform.

  They’re very similar, but two separate things.
