Subscription ended – please help..

Hello, our subscription ended a few months ago and the site is no longer available to view online. Is there anyway of having it reinstated on a lesser monthly plan? Please let us know our options as would love to be able to access our site again for personal reasons (no longer business related).

That’s right, the Business plan and custom domain you were using for tbtvonline.wordpress.com both expired back in September 2018. The domain was cancelled after not being renewed and appears to be registered elsewhere.
Which of our plans would you like to use going forward?
Because you had been using plugins, the site works a bit differently from regular WordPress.com sites. In order to use a lower plan, we’ll need to revert the site to how it was before you installed any plugins or custom themes — content added since installing plugins will no longer be available. With that in mind, are you still happy to proceed?

What are my options please? I just want the published content to be accessible for my university degree. Thanks -
When you lost the domain things got a bit tricky, but we’re working on a way to get the content for you & will update you here soon.

OK. We’ve found a way to get the content, but there’s a fair bit to import. We’ll be working on that for you and will update you here when that’s all done.
