Please I need to manually renew my subscription. Had auto renew set up but I changed my card and failed to update the details prior to expiration.

Hi there,
Try going to Upgrades > My Upgrades, and it should give you the option to ‘Update Credit Card’.
I believe it defaults to manual renewal if your card expires before your next auto-renewal.

hi Geekinthegirl, thanks for your timely response. problem is I can’t find the update credit card link in my updates as well. It just says I have no updates. I don’t know what to do next to make the payment and redeem the domain. If the domain has expired, how do I go about getting it back before it goes into redemption?
