Subscription expiring

  I have received an email regarding my subscription which I believe is for my travelswithmycamera.blog name. However, this site is not allowing me access and I cannot seem to resolve the problem. I have put a notice in the Forum asking for help.
  The email from you reads as follows:
  Your subscription will expire if you do not take action.
  Your subscription at WordPress.com needs your attention. Although it is set to renew on 26th April, 2019, it does not have an associated payment method.

  Hi there,

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into assisting you in renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

  I somehow created an account five years ago to which I have been locked into but now, thanks to wp staff, I have managed to extricate myself and once again I am in my regular site which is https://travels-with-my-camera.blog/a-few-words-of-introduction/ and my username is maristravels. This is the one to which the account should apply, but I noticed when checking it that I seem to have two payments due for the same account. Something wrong here, I think.

  Your site has a personal plan and two domains, travels-with-my-camera.blog and travelswithmycamera.blog. The plan is expiring in April, so should auto-renew towards the end of March, but currently you don’t have a payment method added for the plan. You can add that from the Purchases page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  The domains will only expire in November, so no payments for those are due at this time.
