Subscription Help!

  Several friends have told me that even though they signed up & confirmed their email subscriptions to my blog, they are not receiving any notifications of new entries. I signed up to receive new notifications using an email address not affiliated with my blog and when I checked my blog stats, it shows that only 3 people have signed up. Am I doing something wrong? I have the widget in the side bar to sign up for subscriptions if that makes a difference.

  Please ask your subscribers to check their spam filters and check yours as well. Does this help? http://en.support.wordpress.com/subscriptions/#confirming-subscriptions
