subscription includes free domain but i'm being asked to pay for it

  Hello,

  I signed up for WordPress Premium. which apparently includes a free domain, only when I went to get one, I was asked to pay for it. Can you please help? This is what I thought I was purchasing:
  Free Domain
  Custom Design
  VideoPress
  Space Upgrade
  No Ads

  However, I tried to change the background, and I was asked to pay for this as well.

  I already had a problem where AmEx wouldn’t work on your site – are you experiencing problems throughout your product set?

  Please help.

  You have already used the free domain credit included with WordPress.com Premium to map the blog.stellabrations.com.au domain. If you wish to register or map another domain, you will need to pay for it separately.

  However, I tried to change the background, and I was asked to pay for this as well.

  Can you be more specific about exactly what you tried to do when this happened? Could you show me a screenshot of where you are asked to pay? Please include the browser’s address bar.

  Sorry, but how can it map to stellabrations.com.au if it no longer exists?!?!?!

  I purchased stellabrations.com.au from Crazy domains, not wordpress. I don’t understand how this mapping – and purchase through wordpress – happened automatically.

  I have not paid for stellabrations for over a year and no longer use it – how is it mapping there?!!?!

  The mapping doesn’t go away just because you allow the domain registration to lapse. The systems (between your registrar and our upgrades) are not connected I’m afraid.

  However, if you no longer have any plans to use blog.stellabrations.com.au, I can remove it and you will be able to map a new domain. Please just confirm that is what you would like to do.
