  I’m confused with the payment process. It simply states that its 8 dollars a month for premium but when I clicked on the premium, it says 90+ dollars a year. Am I paying 8 dollars monthly or am I paying 90+ dollars as soon as I purchase it? I dont like misleading information and I would like to know what I’m getting into before I purchase anything. 8 dollars a month means nothing if you are charging 90+ dollars to my card exactly when I purchase it? What will I do with the 8 dollars/monthly information if you are charging for the full year? Are you trying to make the deal sound good? If so, that would explain your refund answers. Is it monthly or yearly?

  Hi there!

  If you check our pricing page, you’ll see it says the price per month, billed yearly.
  So yes, you would be charged for the whole year upfront, however, you have 30 days to cancel and obtain a full refund if you’re not satisfied.

  Bear in mind that if you register a custom domain, you could only opt for a full refund during the first 96 hours. After that time, we could only refund the cost of the plan minus the cost of the domain.
