subscription link within blog post

  I am a novice with a teeny baby blog. I need help figuring out how to provide a subscription link at the bottom of a blog post. I want to be able to say something like:
  If you enjoyed this post, please subscribe.

  And the word subscribe would be a link where the reader enteres their email address to subscribe.

  Hope someone can help a newbie!

  I’m sorry but since the “subscribe” code for your blog subscriptions is handled in the back end of WordPress, it is not not something we users can access do there is no way to put it into posts. What I suggest is to create and copy and paste a reminder at the bottom of each post telling visitors they can subscribe from the widget in the sidebar.
