Subscription mails

Hi folks,
I took a subscription on my own blog to keep an eye on what mails go out when I post. In the beginning it was just the posts that activated this tool. Some time ago this changed. Pages sent out a mail too, which is fine by me as I often link pages to posts. But together with that good news any slight organizational change that I do on my blog seems to send out a message too. And it does happen regularly that I take out some time to reorganize things… and I get the feeling that I am spamming people who were interested enough to subscribe.
My question is:
Do all subscribers get all those mails (ok, not sooo many – but still..) or is it just for me?
If they do, is there a way (I haven’t found) to control when the mails go out?Tx & grts
