Subscription Management page formatting

  The subscription management page (the page users see after clicking “Confirm Follow” in the email they receive after subscribing to a blog) has some formatting issues, at least in Chrome.

  The list of Sites and info is shifted to the right; the bottom column “headers” checkbox is misaligned.

  This is the culprit page:

  Could you take a screenshot of this page the next time you see things that look misaligned, and let me know the browser/browser version and screen resolution you’re using?

  Sorry if I’m missing something, but where in this forum am I able to attach/upload a file? I would have done that initially but cannot locate the functionality here…

  Please post screenshot, upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.
