Subscription Management page needs filters!

I’ve been getting notifications to posts from long ago, and I want to unsubscribe from comment notifications on that post.

The problem is that when I go to the subscribe.wordpress commments page, there are 79 pages of subscriptions and no tools to help sort, filter or manage.

I’m especially struggling with the following scenario: I know the post(s) I want to unsubscribe from were fairly early, so I use the link to jump to the last page and start paging forward. I don’t dare delete any other subscriptions I see on the way, because if I do, I’m taken back to page one and have to start over.

I’d like to be able to filter for posts on a given blog. Or search for a post by name. Filtering by date would be nice, also.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Click the “unsubscribe” link on the emails of the comment notifications received at the very bottom of the emails.

Yes, that works great for individual comment subscriptions!

It’s when I land on the Subscriptions Management page and realize I have 79 pages of subscriptions and decide to try to do some maintenance.

But it’s really hard to do maintenance without helpful tools! Per my example, you can’t scroll through deleting the ones you don’t care about, because every time you do a delete, you’re bounced back to the first page and have to start scrolling all over.

I hear you. As I have disabled all notifications I don’t have the issue you describe. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff response. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

Hi there, thanks for this suggestion! I passed it along to our team so we can keep it in mind for future updates/improvement to our subscription management tools. We appreciate the feedback! :)

If there’s anything else I can do to help, please let me know.

Thanks for reading and passing it on! I appreciate it.

FWIW: I took early retirement last year from an international company I’d worked at for 33 years. The last 25 or so I was a software designer, so I look at software like a dog whisperer looks at dogs! With love… but also expecting it to do what I want and to obey. (Fetching would be nice, too!) :D
