Hi @timothydelaney, I don’t see any current upgrades on this account. If you have upgrades on another account, can you log out, then log in again as the correct user? From there you should be able to update card details, etc.

I simply need to renew the domain registration before it runs out. I would also like to change the credit card if possible. How do I do this?

@timothydelaney, first, log out of this account.
Then log in again. Use the email address that got the invoice. That will be the correct account, and you can manage the purchase / change cards / etc. as needed.
