subscription not activated

I as well as a couple of users in my company are having difficulties subscribing to the edmontonfetalalcoholnetwork.wordpress.com blog
The emails come through and and when you click on the link in the email to activate your subscription you got to the subscription management page and you get the message subscription not activated. Then moments later you receive and email saying that your subscription has been activated.
When the administrator of the blog goes to look at the list of subscriptions myself or the other users from my organization do not appear. If i try to subscribe with my gmail account everything appears to be fine.
It appears that there is an issue to subscribing to the blog with our work domain name catholicsocialservices.ab.ca
If anyone could shed some light on this, that would be greatly appericated.

However after some testing this issue is applying to many wordpress blogs
