Subscription not connecting

    Woo commerce – I added subscription to WooCommerce Product Documents, paid for have receipt. I’m on our store trying to update – says no subscription – message says – email not verified go to WordPress website and verify email – email appears to be verified on WordPress site – not given option to re-verify – already verified once. – woo commerce has our store active – WordPress does not see store. (no linkage)

    Being extra cautious – don’t want to screw up existing store. HELP PLEASE
