subscription not working

I have purchased a subscription and received my confirmation email but when I go on the site it is still asking me to subscribe for access to premium content.
I am signed in.

Can you point out where on your site you are having this issue? I was able to see your homepage content without seeing that message, but was not sure if it’s an issue that is happening on another page of your site instead.
