Subscription or no subscription

    I have just received a reminder for next years subscription. When accessing my billing history, I could not find the method of payment I used. Where can I find that?

    Hi englisheccentricsltd,

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com, which suggests you have another. What is the address of the site you received a reminder for? Please don’t post any transaction IDs or card details on these public forums, just a site address.

    If you haven’t done so already, please try logging out of WordPress.com and then log back in using the email address your reminder was sent to. Can you see the payment details listed on the Manage Purchases page in that account?
