How do I fix subscription problems?

    I want to send people my link rblackinvn.wordpress.com
    I want to invite people to view my blog and let them subscribe, Not RSS i want to make a post and those who have subscribed get a message saying there is an update.
    I see the subscribe button when i log in as admin but not when i view it as a visitor.
    I dont really need to subscribe to my own blog…
    Plus i would like to link my posts directly to my facebook.
    I dont see how to do this either.
    can you help?

    To link posts directly to Facebook you’ll want to use the Publicize feature. That will post a new status update on Facebook each time you publish a post.

    For subscriptions I would recommend adding a blog subscriptions widget to your sidebar at Appearance > Widgets. We have more information in our support docs.
