    SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASED BY ANOTHER USER BUT I AM THE NEW OWNER AS THEY LEFT THE COMPANY SO IT WONT LET ME PAY AS DETAILS DONT MATCH. DONT EVEN KNOW WHICH MEMBER OF STAFF OR COMMITEE DID IT LAST SO IT WONT TAKE THE PAYMENT TO RENEW? THANKS

    You can double-check if there are any other users associated with your site and confirm the site owner by visiting: https://wordpress.com/people/team.

    Keep in mind that premium services can only be renewed by the account that owns the site.

    Alternatively, you can also try:

    To determine the owner of the site, attempt to change the role of anyone with an admin role to an editor role. The site owner cannot be demoted from the admin role, so this process will help identify the owner.

    Once you’ve identified the owner, log in to their account and transfer ownership of the site to someone else. The new owner should then be able to renew without encountering the same error.
