I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a refund for an accidental upgrade to the WordPress Creator plan at $40 per month. My intention was to continue with my current plan for 9 dolars, and I mistakenly selected the upgrade option.
Here are the details of my account and the accidental upgrade:
I realized the mistake immediately upon reviewing the confirmation email/details of the upgrade. I have not used any of the features that come with the Creator plan since the accidental upgrade.
I kindly request a refund for this transaction and, if possible, to revert my account back to its previous plan without the additional features of the Creator plan. I understand the terms and conditions regarding refunds, and I believe my request falls within the allowable timeframe for such claims.

I reviewed your account and the details of your recent transactions. Both your Creator plan and your previous Starter plan have been canceled, and a refund has been issued for both. You can verify that on your Billing History page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Since both plans have been canceled, you will need to repurchase the Starter plan.
