Subscription refund

  I have canceled my subscription for over a week now and my account has not been credited
  may I know the status of the refund?

  Howdy –

  I see that we processed a refund of $35.88 on January 6th 2017. Typically it only takes up to ten business days for the refund to reach you. It will be refunded to the source of the original payment.

  Sometimes banks do weird things like issue a credit, not a line-item refund, and it isn’t obvious that you have been refunded. I encourage you to contact the bank to clarify how you can expect your refund to display on the statement if you haven’t received it already.
