  Hi.

  I’m still awaiting my refund on a cancelled premium subscription. Money needed urgently.

  Refunds usually can take upto 14 days to process and reflect on your statements.

  However, I am also tagging this question for staff attention, see what they have to say about this.

  I’m still awaiting my refund on a cancelled premium subscription. Money needed urgently.

  I’ve checked your account and a refund was sent on 22-May-2017. Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to process and show up on your statement – international refunds outside the US can take a little longer than this.
