Subscription refund

I have been charged for a subscription which was cancelled. I am unable to request a refund because it is not listed in my active upgrades. Please cancel and refund full amount.

Only the account that got charged can initiate a refund. To restore access to that account, you can use the transaction ID as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help

Hello, I was wanting to apply for a refund for my latest purchase as I have subscribed to the annual subscription but have never actually used it. My annual subscription has just renewed last week and I have tried to find a way to refund it however, it won’t give me that option it just says cancel which I have already done. In the refund policy, it says the annual subscription you can refund within two weeks so it should still be eligible, is this right? If so please can I have a refund for my purchase?
This process of trying to contact customer support which only takes you in a never ending circle on the various pages and articles to do with refunds and only providing the same information that is not correct for my situation is very frustating and does not make me want to return to wordpress.
Also, why does the customer support not actually take you to customer support?
